At that point things became simple. He listened to what I was saying and just said "Yes, we can do that."He took over and that removed a huge weight off my shoulders. They handled everything from collecting from the medical examiners office to getting me the certified death certificates at the end.Nobody wants to think about costs when a loved one dies, but I think it is worth saying here that Bart was the ONLY representative of a funeral home or cremation service that I spoke to who did NOT try to "up-sell" me on additional items or features.I wish nobody would ever have to go through this, but when it happens, I hope they have someone like Bart on the other end of the phone to help.
