So I did a little research and decided that this was the place I wanted to use. Everything you will read here (in these reviews) about how easy this process is with PCS is true in my experience. Bart was informative and honest and never tried to upsell me on anything. A few days later, when I called on a Saturday to inquire about a time-line (i had forgotten to ask in my initial grief) I expected to leave a message, but my call was answered by a kind operator who took my info and Bart called me back immediately.. We arranged to meet up on the following Monday when I could pick up both the ashes and death certificate at the same time. The whole process was seamless and I was met with kindness anytime I interacted with someone from the company.
